These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the financial models, templates, materials and other digital products provided through Project Finance Templates ("Products").

By purchasing or using a Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

Project Finance Templates provides professional project finance financial models and related educational materials.

The Products are designed for analytical, educational and benchmarking purposes. They are intended to provide a professional starting point for project finance analysis and financial modelling.

Each project and financing is unique. Project-specific assumptions, adjustments and additional analysis may be required before a model can be used for an actual transaction.

2. License and Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Product for your own internal business, professional or educational purposes.

You may:

  • use and modify the model for your own analysis;
  • use the model as a starting point for project-specific financial modelling;
  • use the model for educational and training purposes.

You may not:

  • resell, redistribute or sublicense the Product;
  • share the original files with third parties;
  • publish or upload the Product or substantial parts of it online;
  • use the Product to create and sell a competing template or substantially similar product;
  • remove copyright or ownership notices.

3. Intellectual Property

All Products, including their structure, formulas, layouts, documentation and other content, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

All intellectual property rights remain with Project Finance Templates or its licensors. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Product; it does not transfer ownership of the Product or its underlying intellectual property to you.

4. No Financial or Investment Advice

The Products do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice.

The models are provided as analytical tools and should not be relied upon as a substitute for independent professional advice or transaction-specific due diligence.

You are solely responsible for reviewing assumptions, calculations and outputs before relying on them for any business or investment decision.

5. Accuracy and No Guarantee

We aim to provide high-quality models based on commonly used project finance modelling principles and conventions.

However, we do not guarantee that:

  • a Product is suitable for a particular project or transaction;
  • all calculations or assumptions are error-free;
  • the Product reflects the requirements of a particular lender, investor, jurisdiction or financing;
  • the outputs of a model will correspond to actual project performance or financing outcomes.

6. Updates and Changes

We may update, improve or modify Products from time to time.

Updates may include corrections, improvements, additional functionality or changes to modelling conventions. We do not guarantee that every Product will receive future updates.

7. Payments and Refunds

Purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for transactions and handles payment processing, applicable sales taxes/VAT and payment-related matters.

Any applicable refund rights and refund procedures are subject to the terms presented at checkout and applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Project Finance Templates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of, or reliance on, a Product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this website and will apply from the date stated above.
